Conditions

Good visibility and good ski conditions.

Overall

For the second of the two days, I ventured to another resort for the first time, Keystone. This is in fact the closest resort to the hotel.

I skied all three mountains, starting with the comfortable runs on the front and gradually moving further away from the village. There are some runs through the trees which are graded blue/black .. not so much because they are steep, but because the demand good control and short radius turns. I must admit that I struggled down that run and didn't venture near it again.

Apart from one enforced break of 20 minutes on a stopped lift, I skied pretty solidly until my legs gave out with cramp. At that point I still needed to make three more runs to get from the Outback to the Village!
